Comments : I had the honour of owning a male and female Newfoundland, and I highly recommend the breed as the most gentle, loving and adorable dogs with wonderful personalities. Their natural ability in water is amazing, and our two had the pleasure of towing in 2 young men who slid off when water sking. The 2 men were amazed at the natural instinct of the dogs when they came off, and went on to be Newfie owners themselves. Thank you for sharing your adorable photos. I would desperately like another Newfie, but unfortunately my arms are no longer up to the grooming.
